TYarchistudio is an integrated design firm encompassing both architecture and interior design. The principal architect holds both architecture and interior design/construction licenses. Adhering to the goal of healthy and comfortable architecture and spaces, we provide integrated planning from architecture to interior design, tailoring unique designs and styles for each client based on their needs and lifestyle. Furthermore, to create healthy, comfortable, and non-toxic spaces, we insist on using formaldehyde-free materials and non-toxic adhesives during the design and construction process, ensuring each space is a unique finished product. The integration of healthy and comfortable architecture and spaces is our unwavering mission. Wu Jianhe has won numerous international awards, including the German iF Design Award, the Japanese Good Design Award, the German Design Award, the Italian A' Design Award, the Korean K' Design Award and Asia Design Award, and the China Huateng Award. He is skilled at creating unique spaces and atmospheres for clients, forming a distinctive design style without a specific style.
Payment Terms：
(1) Design Contract
30% upon signing the contract, 40% upon confirmation of design drawings, 30% upon submission of construction drawings and cost estimate
(2) Construction Contract
30% at the commencement of construction, 40% at the mid-stage of construction, 25% upon application for project completion,
5% upon final inspection and acceptance
Working Process & Fee Structure：
An initial consultation and site measurement requires a presentation fee of NT$15,000, which will be fully credited upon signing the contract.
Design fees range from NT$12,000 – 18,000 per ping (3.3 m²), depending on project scope and complexity.
Construction supervision services are charged at 10% – 15% of the total construction cost.
